A $250 per person deposit will be charged to your credit card for reservations made before October 1.

Final payments are due by October 1st. You can cancel for a full refund until this date. After October 1, all payments are non-refundable.

Depending on the Tour Package, you can generally purchase Travel Insurance directly from our website after your package has been purchased. We do recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your package purchase against any travel-related eventualities.

Yes, please send us your handicap seating requirements as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. All requests are subject to availability and the constraints of the event locations.

Diamond Travel is a Tour Operator and sells tickets only in conjunction with a complete tour package. We do not sell game tickets as a separate or stand-alone item.

Yes, please contact your booking agent or EB Sports in order to customize your tour package to be without game tickets.

Upgraded tickets are generally available at a premium rate. Please see your specific tour package details online for existing ticket upgrade options.

Yes, it is generally possible to extend your stay at the tour hotel by calling directly to your booking agent or to EB Sports. Additional nights cannot be added to tour packages that include flight or bus transfers to and from the destination cities.

Specific hotel requests are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

We will give our best efforts to satisfy any Bed Type requests but these will always be subject to availability at the hotel and cannot be guaranteed.

Yes, the hotels charge for parking cars.  Please see each hotel for their rates and details.

Yes, you may substitute another person.

You will receive your final tour itinerary in early December via email however, generally all buses depart from the hotels at 5:15am.

You may bring food items (no whole fruit or vegetables that haven’t been sliced) for the most part to the parade but only bottles of water for drinks. See list from Rose Parade below:

Prohibited Items

– Glass Bottles, Metal Bottles, Thermoses, Coolers

– Glass, Metal or Hard Plastic Containers

– Bottles and Cans of any kind are prohibited. Factory sealed Bottles of Water, 17 oz. or less, are allowed and limited to 2 Bottles Per Person.

– Alcoholic Beverages

– Whole Fruit or Vegetables that hasn’t been sliced

– Boxes or Wrapped Packages – food for personal consumption permitted at discretion o security officials

– Bags larger than 14″ x 14″ x 6″

– Banners, Signs, Flags, Poles or Sticks

– Drones

– Helium Balloons

– Laser Pointers

– Noise makers including, but not limited to Thunder Sticks, Musical Instruments, Whistles, Air Horns and Boom Boxes

– Skates, Skateboards, Hover Boards, Scooters or Bicycles

– Umbrellas

– Camera monopods, Tripods, or Selfie Sticks

– Weapons or Projectiles

– Knives – regardless of length

– Wallet Chains (decorative purse chains/straps ok)

– Diaper bags unless accompanied by a child

– E cigarettes or vaporizing devices

– Folding or Collapsible Chairs

– Any device or item which in the opinion of the police, security, or a Tournament Official that represents a possible threat to the safety of any patron or to the enjoyment of the parade by any patron is prohibited.

Generally, 1-1.5 hours based on the city’s/venue’s security, based on volume of float viewers, number of floats, etc. 

FOR ROSE PARADE:

  • Warm layers: It can get very cold, especially in the early morning, so pack a warm jacket or coat.
  • Comfortable shoes: You’ll be doing a lot of walking and standing, so comfort is key.
  • Earplugs: Helpful, if sensitive to noise, for enjoying the marching bands and fireworks.

IF YOU ARE ON OUR OFFICIAL FLOAT DECORATING EXPERIENCE, WORKING ON A FLOAT.

  • Closed-toe shoes: Required if you’ll be helping to decorate a float.
  • Old clothes: Bring a change of clothes you don’t mind getting dirty, as they may be exposed to glue and other substances that are hard to wash out.

Parade goes “rain or shine so attendees should be prepared with rain gear, umbrellas (however umbrellas are not allowed in the grandstands where you will be sitting) and warm jackets.

  • No Cancellation for Rain: 

Both the Rose Parade and the Rose Bowl game will proceed regardless of rain, though the field will be covered. 

  • Game Time Decision: 

In the case of severe weather, like thunderstorms, officials will make a game time decision regarding delays or postponement. 

  • Field Coverage: 

During rain, the playing field is covered to protect it from damage. 

During the CFP Quarterfinal at the Rose Bowl Game, the HIGHER SEEDED TEAM (#1-4) will be on the West sideline and their fans are seated in the
West and North sections of the stadium. The LOWER SEEDED TEAM (#5-12) will be on the East sideline and their fans are seated in the East and South
sections of the stadium.

There are 77 numbered rows in the Rose Bowl Stadium. The lettered rows begin below Row 1, starting with Row A and descending down. The tunnels
enter the stadium at Row 28. Each section is divided between low seats (1, 2, 3,etc.) and high seats (101, 102, 103, etc.). If you are standing in the tunnel facing the playing field, the low seats are to your left and the high seats are to your right.

The Rose Parade Route is a 5.5-mile journey that kicks off at the corner of Green Street and Orange Grove Blvd. in Pasadena. It moves north along Orange Grove Blvd. at a pace of about 2.5 miles per hour, then turns east onto Colorado Blvd., where the majority of the parade’s excitement unfolds. Towards the end of the route, the parade turns north onto Sierra Madre Blvd. and wraps up at Villa St..
