Parade-only packages for 2026 - 2027

LOS ANGELES
The Biltmore-
The Biltmore Los Angeles is a full service hotel in downtown Los Angeles. The Biltmore has been home to presidents, kings, and Hollywood celebrities. It is one of the most iconic 5-star hotels Los Angeles has to offer. The Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles exudes an air of sophistication. This hotel was designated a Los Angeles Historical-cultural monument in 1969 and has been the backdrop for many movies and TV shows.
REDONDO BEACH
The Sonesta-
The Sonesta Redondo Beach is 9 miles South of the LAX Airport and directly across the street from the Marina and nice restaurants. The Sonesta has a rooftop swimming pool with a panoramic view of The Pacific Ocean. It is the perfect blend of coastal relaxation and Southern California energy. Very close to the Redondo Beach Pier and Seaside Lagoon, and easy to get to Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach.
SANTA MONICA
The Huntley-
The Huntley Hotel Santa Monica is a short walk to the ocean, Santa Monica Pier and the 3rd Street Promenade where there are many restaurants, cafes and entertainment areas. The Huntley has a really nice restaurant and lounge on the top floor of the hotel with a panoramic view of the ocean, Malibu Mountains, and LA skyline. Santa Monica is ten miles north of the LA Airport and is three miles from Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive.

Float Decorating Experience on an Official 2027 Float
6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
NEW! Float Decorating Experience Dec 30 Be a part of our exclusive hands-on Float Decorating Experience! This unique and once-in-a-lifetime experience allows you to join a team and work on an Official Float for the 2027 Rose Parade. Participants will work with the float construction team for a full day.
Combo: Float Barn + Old Town Pasadena + Bandfest
6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
We begin with The Float Barn Tour in the morning, add a few hours to explore Old Town Pasadena, and complete the day with the Bandfest in the afternoon. When the group is finished at The Float Barn we will drop you off in Old Town Pasadena for 2.5 to 3 hours where you can walk around and get a bite to eat on your own. When we are finished in Old Town Pasadena we will proceed two miles to Bandfest. The pre show starts at 1:30pm, the main show kicking off at 2:00pm. The show historically lasts two hours.
Warner Bros Studio Tour
8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
The WB Studio Tour brings you closer than ever to entertainment you love. You’ll explore one of the busiest working studios in LA with an expert WB Tour Guide who will take you behind the scenes of the studio that has been entertaining the world for over 100 years. Backlot availability is subject daily due to production on the lot which means no two tours are alike and a Studio Tour experience is unique every day of the week. Tour Duration: approx 1 Hour Guided + 2 Hours Unguided with shopping and dining opportunities.
Reagan Library Tour
12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library is in Simi Valley, California, and serves as the official museum and library dedicated to the life and legacy of the 40th President of the United States, Ronald Reagan. The museum offers exhibits on Reagan’s early life, political career, and presidency, including significant artifacts like his presidential limo and Air Force One aircraft. Visitors can explore displays on key moments in American history during his presidency, such as the Cold War, the economic recovery of the 1980s, and his leadership in global politics. The museum also features beautiful views of the surrounding California landscape and offers educational programs, events, and temporary exhibits related to Reagan’s life and political contributions.
Getty Center Tour
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
The Getty Center in Brentwood is a world-renowned museum that showcases European art, including paintings, sculptures, manuscripts, and decorative arts, spanning from the Middle Ages to the present. Designed by architect Richard Meier, the museum is also famous for its stunning architecture, beautiful gardens, and panoramic views of Los Angeles. It serves as a cultural hub, hosting rotating exhibitions, educational programs, and events.
Bandfest Tour
11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Catch a sneak peek of the 2027 Rose Parade bands as they preform their award-winning field shows that led to their selection. Watch these talented musicians, dancers, and auxiliary performers in action before they complete their 5.5 mile march down Colorado Boulevard. The pre-show startes at 1:30 PM, with the main show kicking off at 2:00 PM. The show historically lasts about two hours.
Float Barn Preview Tour
6:30 AM – 10:30 AM
View the magic of the Rose Parade Floats before New Year’s Day! Take a sneak peek at these magnificent floral floats in their final stages of preparation.
LA City Tour
9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
This tour will take you throughout America’s most exciting city. Shops include: Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Beverly Hills & Rodeo Drive, Century City, the LA Farmers Market and The Grove.
Grauman’s Chinese Theatre is famous for its collection of handprints, footprints, and signatures of movie stars. You’ll have time to take a stroll on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and then head by coach to Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive. Next to Beverly Hills is Century City, the business center of the entertainment industry and home to 20th Century Fox. We will continue to the LA Farmers Market and The Grove where the food is freshest, the produce the best, and the shops unique. Lunch will be on your own at LA Farmers Market and The Grove.
Huntington Gardens Tour

The Huntington Library, Art Museum, and Botanical Gardens in San Marino, California, is a renowned cultural institution that features a vast collection of rare books, historical manuscripts, European and American art, and expansive, beautifully landscaped gardens. Highlights include the impressive library with works like the Gutenberg Bible, masterpieces from the British and American art collections, and themed gardens such as the Desert Garden and Japanese Garden. The Huntington offers a peaceful and enriching experience for visitors, blending art, history, and nature.

Payment information
Payment can be made via credit card. To secure your packages, please place a $250 per person deposit. The final payment is due by October 1. You can cancel for a full refund until that date; after October 1, the trip is non-refundable.
